From I-75 South:
Travel I-75 South to the North Valdosta Road Exit. Take the off ramp which will make a sharp curve and turn Right off the exit onto North Valdosta Road. Travel approximately 6 miles into Valdosta. You will come to an Intersection where the road splits into Ashley Street and Patterson Street. Stay to the left on Ashley Street. Once on Ashley Street at the fork, travel through 3 red lights. The 3rd red light is the intersection of Ashley Street and Northside Drive. After this 3rd light intersection turn left on the second street to the left University Drive in front of South Georgia Medical Center. The Center is located at the corner of Pendleton Place and University Drive.

From I-75 North:
Take the North Valdosta Road Exit ramp and Turn right onto North Valdosta Road. After this the directions are the same as above.
From Highway 84 East and West:
From the East turn Right/From West turn Left onto Ashley Street (Hwy. 41) in downtown Valdosta. Travel Ashley Street approximately 4-5 miles. You will come to an intersection with a red light in front of South Georgia Medical Center. You will see a CVS Pharmacy on your right. Continue strait 200 feet to University Drive on the right (CITGO Gas station on corner). Turn onto University Drive, the Center is located at the corner of Pendleton Place and University Drive

To provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for persons who are dependent on opioid substances and live in the Valdosta area.

Services include, but are not limited to:
Medical evaluations and referrals; individual, group, and specialized counseling; case management; crisis intervention; and the provision of comprehensive coordination of care among other providers.

TCV will be an integrated healthcare provider with accessibility to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by opiate dependence. We will also continue to cultivate a team of competent, compassionate personnel who are dedicated to individualized care and committed to continuously improving services. We will use ongoing research and development to maintain an environment open to learning and to provide education to the community we serve.
